Faster Submission/Registration

Article Submission Helper has 2 built-in browsers that can work simultaneously. That enables you to submit articles or register accounts faster, in manual or auto mode. To enable the second browser, choose “2 Tabs” from Options menu. You can switch back to the single browser mode by choosing “1 Tab”.

Article Spinning

Article Submission Helper supports the jet spinner syntax which produces a number of unique articles out of one seed article. This enables you to submit only unique articles to each directory, thus improving your chances to rank each article higher in Google and get a much higher quality articles.

The basic syntax of seed articles is curly braces and pipes which allow you to specify multiple phrase variation. Here’s an example:

This is a{n example|sample} of jet spinner syntax. {This|The} syntax {allows|enables} you to create {a lot|many|hundreds|thousands|tons} of {different |}versions of {the same|an} article – {every|each} time unique.

The built-in article spinner will choose a random phrase of those specified with this syntax upon submission.Note that you can use multi-level syntax to have even more variations. That means something like this is correct:

This is a {{multi-level|multilevel} phrase|nested phrase}.

In this example, you can see there’s a spinning phrase within phrase. The number of levels is unlimited.

You can also specify a ‘randomizer’ number that means each time the article is spun, sentences are randomly omitted based on that figure. So for example, if you specify a randomizer of 50, on average, each time you spin, only half the sentences in the article will be returned. Setting it to 25, for example, means that about three quarters of the article gets returned. If you only spin out 50% or 30% of the article, it’s already very different from the original.

You can also specify the number of sentences at the start that you always want to be there, and the number at the end too.
So how do you specify this? Here’s an example:

<!--random=50--><!--preservefirst=3--><!--preservelast=2-->

The above line will tell the jet spinner that the randomizer percentage is 50%, and that the first 3 and last 2 sentences should always be preserved. It’s case sensitive, and you can only use numbers between 1 and 100 for the random element.

Auto Spinning with ContentBoss

Article Submission Helper has an integrated ContentBoss support which enables auto article spinning. What that means is you can enter a regular article and automatically get an article in jet spinner syntax. As a result you don’t have to manually rewrite your articles.

To use the auto rewriting function, enter your article body to the article form and click “Auto Rewrite” button.

Auto Rewrite Button

The ContentBoss window will popup.

ContentBoss

The form will be pre-filled, and if it’s the first time you’re using it, you’ll just have to enter your ContentBoss login details. Click the “Go” button to prepare the article and finally click “Use Article” once it’s done.

Adding Custom Directories

To add new directories to Article Submission Helper, open the custom directory editor by choosing “Custom Directories…” from the Edit menu. The editor will pop up.

Directory Editor

Some fields in this form are self explanatory. To find the necessary field names you’ll need to look into the page source of an article directory or use a code inspector, such as FireBug for FireFox, Code Inspector in Chrome, or DragonFly in Opera. Here’s an example how to find a name for a form field in Chrome. As seen in the picture, after right-clicking on a field and choosing ‘Inspect element’, the inspector window pops up with the field’s HTML code highlighted. The name part of the code is the value we’re looking for.

Chrome

You need to enter all fields from three forms – registration, login and submission forms. Some fields will require the same values, in that case, enter them to the directory editor in a comma separated list.
